Join us the evening of Saturday, October 3 at Aberdeen Farms in Aberdeen for a farm-to-table dinner unlike anything we've hosted before. Imagine gathering in the fall gardens as fairly lights twinkle above and live music plays softly in the background, just steps from where ingredients for your meal were grown.
A Gathering in the Gardens is a farm-to-table dining experience presented by Builders FirstSource, and it's the first event of its kind in Aberdeen. Tickets are $125 per person, seating is limited to 108 guests, and you can reserve your spot now on Eventbrite.
Here's a look at what you can expect from the evening, and why we hope you’ll join us to help support a meaningful local cause.
An Evening Built Around the Table
The evening begins at 6:00 PM with a Welcome Reception sponsored by Christy’s Design & Sign. Enjoy settling into your evening with a signature cocktail created exclusively for the event featuring muddled berries from Aberdeen Farms’ garden served with delicious appetizers.
Dinner will be served promptly at 6:30 PM and features a carefully curated menu from the mind of Chef Aaron Gross of Up Cellar. Your meal will be created around ingredients grown and raised at Aberdeen Farms as well as other locally sourced ingredients.
Relax as each course is served tableside and thoughtfully paired with local wines carefully selected from Mallow Run Winery.
What to Expect

6:00-6:30 PM - Welcome Reception featuring an Aberdeen Farms signature cocktail and passed appetizers
6:30-8:00 PM - Curated farm-to-table dinner paired with local wines from Mallow Run Winery, live music courtesy of Ferguson Home, and full table service.
Attire - Garden chic is encouraged. Think relaxed and elegant, dressed for an evening outdoors.
Location - Travel to 5028 Abbeygate Blvd, Bargersville, IN and follow the signs back to Aberdeen Farms.
Guests must be 21 or older to attend. ID may be requested at check-in.
A Night That Gives Back
Good food tastes better when it's shared for a reason. Thanks to the generosity of Taxman Hospitality Group, Up Cellar, Mallow Run Winery and our sponsors all proceeds from this event will benefit the Interchurch Food Pantry of Johnson County, an organization that works year-round to make ensure families in our area have food on their own tables.
