Reserving a Homesite

Homesites located within Sections 1-5 in Aberdeen are available for reservation. To view Aberdeen’s sitemap, which shows lot availability, click here.

Lot reservations allow you to temporarily reserve a homesite to ensure the homesite is right for you before signing a purchase agreement. All that is needed to reserve an available homesite is a signed lot reservation agreement and a $5,000 refundable deposit.

For lots that are ready to build on, this allows you 30 days to decide if you want to sign a purchase agreement or release the hold.

For sections that are currently being developed, this allows you to hold the lot until 30 days after the curbs are installed for that section.

Purchasing a Homesite

To purchase a homesite in Aberdeen, you will need to complete Aberdeen’s Purchase Agreement form and complete Aberdeen’s Buyer Acknowledgement form. You can find info on how to obtain these forms below.
