Step 1

SUBMIT A COMPLETED “SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST OF COMPLIANCE”

The Submittal Checklist of Compliance is required for all construction and improvements. The form includes requests for square footage numbers and selection information, along with a list of additional forms and plans that must be submitted with the Checklist. Your builder should assist you in the completion of the Submittal. The Submittal Checklist of Compliance and related forms can be found by clicking here.

When you are ready to submit, you can email Kevin McGinnis at KevinMcGinnis@DukeHomes.com. Aberdeen’s Architectural Control Committee (ACC) will then review and approve if in conformance to all applicable covenants, restrictions, and guidelines.

Step 2

CONSTRUCT ACCORDING TO YOUR SUBMITTED PLANS

Your new home or site improvement must adhere to your approved plans. If there are changes to design that occur after approval, those changes must be resubmitted for approval before application of those changes to the site/home occur.

STEP 3

SUBMIT A DEPOSIT REFUND REQUEST

Once your home/improvement is complete per the submitted checklist of compliance and your landscaping conforms to the CCRs, you may request that your deposit be refunded using this form.
